What will you gain from this RITHA training programme?

Upon completion of the RadboudCSW International Training on High Ability Programme:

  • You will have gained experience and a deeper insight into identifying, educating and counselling gifted students in primary, secondary and higher education;
  • You will be up-to-date with the latest scientific insights about giftedness and relate to them from different disciplines;
  • On the basis of this basic knowledge, you will be able to make a valuable contribution to improve education for all students, including those who are most talented.
  • You will be able to distinguish yourself as a post-academically trained gifted expert who is capable of consistently implementing educational and counselling resources for gifted students;

Who is the programme for?

  • Do you work with gifted children, young people and/or adults in the education or care sector?
  • Do you hold at least a Bachelor’s degree?

Study of RITHA-teachers in The Guardian

“I​s your student gifted? Their drawings of stick figures could tell you!”, a study by two of our RITHA-teachers was published in The Guardian. Human Figure Drawings of children aged seven to nine showed 30 so-called “exceptional items” that only highly gifted children draw when depicting people.
